Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Anti-Racism

Most people are uncomfortable talking about equity, diversity and inclusion, not to mention anti-racism.  We get that.  That’s why we take a different approach to traditional EDI training that provides information but rarely engages participants in addressing why creating equitable, diverse and inclusive work environments matter. We’re not afraid to have difficult, uncomfortable conversations in ways that get people to speak up, ask questions and deepen their awareness of and understanding of these principles.
